Project Overview

In a time-sensitive environment where even seconds are critical, a need for an uninterrupted, isolated, and sustainable technological infrastructure has arisen for the 112 Emergency Call Center. As Mega Bilgisayar, we have renewed all processes of the center, from its physical layer to energy efficiency, from end to end.

Solutions Offered and Implementation

Acoustic Comfort and Physical Infrastructure:

Acoustic panel sound insulation was applied to increase the focus of call operators. The floor was renovated with a raised floor system allowing for modular transitions, eliminating cable clutter.

Energy and Continuity:

Generator systems and electrical panels were modernized to enable the center to operate 24/7.

To carry the project into the future, energy costs were reduced by integrating solar energy (renewable energy).

Network and Data Center:

As part of the system room renovation, all low/high current and data cabling was configured in accordance with standards.

Technological Equipment:

The most up-to-date call center and system infrastructure was established for operational efficiency, and all necessary equipment was provided.

Results Achieved

Uninterrupted Service:

Thanks to redundant energy systems, 99.9% uptime was achieved.

Operational Efficiency:

Acoustic insulation and ergonomic infrastructure minimized operator error margin.
